U15 - U16 Teams (Players born between Aug 1, 2010 and July 31, 2012)
Capital Soccer Club will field both male and female teams in the U15 and U16 age groups. Whenever possible, we will organize teams by single-year age groups, offering both Premier and Club teams based on player numbers. Our U15/U16 players continue their development pathway that began in our Youth Academy at the U10 level.
The focus on technical mastery and advanced tactical instruction, along with physical and psychosocial elements of the game, will be emphasized in training for these age groups, all based around Capital Soccer Club's comprehensive club-wide curriculum.
